THE CHALLENGE
For 41 years, Redeemer Lutheran School in Verona, Pennsylvania, has provided Christ-centered education, growing from a small preschool to a respected Pre-K-12 institution. However, with this growth came challenges: limited facilities and no history of major development and fundraising. For its first capital campaign, Redeemer Lutheran partnered with Fellowship Development to launch the God’s Plans, Our Hands Capital Campaign.
THE VISION
The campaign set ambitious goals to expand and modernize the campus, including:
- Constructing a new building with a regulation basketball/volleyball court, bleachers and accessible restrooms.
- Upgrading infrastructure such as parking, utilities and landscaping.
- Creating spaces for community and fellowship, including a concessions area and modern scoreboard.
This vision aimed to enhance student experiences while fostering ministry and outreach.
